One-On-One eReader & Download Help

You can request One-On-One Download help with your eReader, tablet, or smart phone from an APL Librarian. We will not be able to accommodate all requests for this service depending on subject matter. Patrons will be contacted to set up a mutually agreeable time, subject to room availability, equipment, and staffing.

  1. If someone can help you in the area you indicated, you will be contacted by a Librarian to schedule an appointment.
  2. Your 45-minute One-On-One session will be located on the Library’s Upper Level in Study Room A.
  3. When submitting a request (below), remember to be as specific as possible describing in what area you need help and with what program/device; this allows staff to best prepare for your session.
  4. If you do not have your own laptop to bring to the session, we cannot attach your device to the Library laptop, but we can try to demonstrate with the Library device most similar to yours.
An email address will result in a much faster response rate than leaving your phone number. You must enter either an email address or your phone number (next) or we cannot follow up with your request.
