One-On-One eReader & Download Help

Due to staff scheduling, you will be able to submit requests for this service once again the afternoon of Thursday, October 30, 2014. Until that date, this service is temporarily unavailable.

 

You can request a free, 45-minute one-on-one download help with your eReader, tablet, or smart phone from one of our librarians. We may not be able to accommodate all requests for this service. Patrons will be contacted to set up a mutually agreeable time, subject to room availability, equipment and staffing.

  1. When filling out the form below, please be as specific as possible when describing what you need help with so staff can prepare targeted materials for your session.
  2. You will be contacted by one of our librarians, typically within 3 to 4 business days, to set up a date and time to meet.
  3. Your 45-minute session will be in Study Room A, located on the library's upper level.
  4. If you do not have your own laptop to bring to the session, we cannot attach your device to our laptop, but we can try to demonstrate with a device most similar to yours.
