Wellness Wednesdays: Mindfulness with Joy

Mindfulness is being in the present moment in an open, friendly way. It leads to increased focus and better emotion regulation allows for active listening and expanded creativity. It helps us to move toward what’s difficult and heal with self-compassion. This practice allows us to cultivate positive mind-states, not to ignore what’s difficult, but to notice, appreciate and savor life.

Join us as we both learn about and experience mindfulness with mindfulness expert, Joy Jordan. These sessions will provide teachings, guided meditations, reflection and suggestions for everyday practice, all geared toward compassion, healing, and wholeness. Each session can be attended alone, but we would love to see you at all three!
