one block north of College Avenue, between Washington and Franklin.

Parking at the Library
- 2 hour metered parking is avialable at the library. Metered parking
is 25 cents per 25 minutes.
- Meters are enforced until 9:00 pm.
- All day parking is available for $1.00 at the East Parking Ramp.
You can enter the parking ramp from either Washington or Franklin, just
east of the library.
