This Fall the Appleton Library will offer three adult Internet
programs that will be repeated each month. A fourth class, Using
the Appleton Public Library Home Page, will be offered once
in December. All programs will be held in the Library's lower
level meeting room and are free and open to the public. No reservations
are required. For more information, contact the Reference Department

This class is for the person who knows nothing about the
Internet or is just getting started. Learn about what the
Internet is, how to get connected, how to send email, and
how to begin surfing on the World Wide Web.

| This session will explore the basics
of navigating the World Wide Web showing how to locate information
on a variety of topics. The program will demonstrate some
of the most popular and useful web sites and show you how
to find them. This session is for people thinking about going
online, or just getting started and looking to learn more.
