What a Novel Idea

What a Novel Idea is a book study group moderated by Camille Banks of the library’s Community Services Office. Participants choose award-winning and classic novels and study them over a period of several months. The group meets the first or third Monday evenings of each month at 6:30pm in the library’s lower level meeting room. Pre-registration by calling 832-1695 is requested.

Participants are currently reading: The Stone Diaries by Carol Shields. Next on their list is The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne, followed by The Shipping News by Annie Proulx, The Mill on the Floss by George Eliot, and A Good Scent From a Strange Mountain by Robert Butler.
