Shakespeare
William Shakespeare is more popular than ever! Shakespeare
in Love and other contemporary films attest to this fact.
His stories are timeless and have given so much to our modern
day culture. The library will be celebrating the work of William
Shakespeare by offering Understanding Shakespeare,
a four-part video/discussion series, on Monday evenings from
6:00-7:30 pm during the month of June. Kelley Duhatschek,
an Oshkosh resident who runs the non-profit Rebel Alliance
Theatre, will moderate the series. Kelley has been active
in theater since age 15 and has been teaching acting for 5
years. She recently received her master's degree from the
University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh graduating with an English
major which includes an emphasis on Shakespeare.
