Fifth Annual Ring in the Season Campaign

Individuals, families, businesses and organizations are invited to donate new books to the Bring A Book/Ring a Bell campaign. The books are distributed as holiday gifts through the Salvation Army and other area groups in the Fox Valley.

If every FOAL member contributes one book, it will equal half of last year’s total collection of books. Bring donations (new, unwrapped, hardcover or paperback books for children up to age 12) to Children’s Services of the Appleton Public Library by Thursday December 11, 2003.

Donate a copy of a childhood favorite – or one that is popular with children today. Organizations may wish to donate books related to their interest area. If you would like the library staff to choose books to donate, make checks payable to Appleton Public Library Foundation-Give a Child. If you know a service group or organization that would be interested in contributing to this campaign, please call Maureen Johnson 825-2814 or Sue Muoio 832-8749.
