Spring Activities for Children


A variety of activities are available to children and their families this spring in the Children's Department of the Appleton Public Library.

TUNE INTO TALES - Saturday Mornings, March 2, 9, 16. Program begins at 10:30 a.m.

Take a break from those Saturday Morning cartoons and join the library's family storytimes. There are a variety of stories, puppets, fingerplays, videos, flannelboard stories, songs, and more.
FRIDAYS FROLICS - Friday afternoons - March 1, 8, 15. Program begins at 4:15 p.m.
Children and their families watch a lively puppet play and favorite children's videos. They listen to good stories, rhymes, and flannelboard tales. Anyone is welcome to come.
APLsauce PROGRAMS - March 13, April 10. Program begins at 1:30p.m.
APLsauce stands for Appleton Public Library Special and Unique Children's Entertainment. It's a series of special family programs that include storytimes, film shows, puppet shows, musical programs, and occasional guest star programs. Call the children's room for details as each program date approaches.
Registration is not required for any of these events.
