In spite of adverse winter weather conditions, the construction is proceeding on schedule. Niagara dolomite stone has been hung on the outside of the addition to the building. The stone was quarried in Valders, Wisconsin and matches the original stonework.
In the lower level of the building, office space for the Outagamie Waupaca Library System as well as the Fox Valley Literacy Coalition has been remodelled and expanded. New offices for library Administration and the Community Services Section have been constructed.
The Adult Non-Fiction books will be moved into the new second floor wing in April. Remodelling of the east end of the first floor will then proceed. This will be the new home for Children's Services.
