James Wilson resigned from the Appleton Library Foundation Board at the January 16, 1996 meeting. The Board unanimously voted that Donald Churchill be elected interim President to fill the balance of Wilson's term. The Board recognized Wilson's many contributions and expressed appreciation for his work. He has served on the Foundation Board since 1990.
