Maintenance Clerk

The City of Appleton is currently accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Clerk at the Appleton Public Library. This is a manual labor position responsible for cleaning and custodial maintenance of the library. Primary work duties include maintaining clean and sanitary conditions throughout the library, maintaining assigned areas, and other duties such as storage of supplies, snow and ice control, set up of meeting rooms, opening and closing of facility and the general upkeep of facility. Work is performed under regular supervision of the Business Manager and Lead Maintenance Clerk. This position requires janitorial experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Regular attendance is required.
