Help us kick off a new series with a multi-generational poetry open mic marathon on Saturday, February 8th from 1:00-4:00 pm. Come read your own poetry or a favorite poem. Open mics will follow on 1st Mondays from 4:00-5:00 pm beginning on March 3rd. Open to teens and adults.
Join our informal monthly discussion group where participants are encouraged to talk about their own experiences, books read, or films they have seen based on a theme. Every other month we will have an open-themed "What's on your Mind" session.
The Library hosts several different book discussions throughout the year for special events as well as regular, repeating groups like "Downtown Book Club". See the calendar link, above, for upcoming events.
A multi-generational knitting circle. Knitters of all experience levels are welcome to join us at this fun, informal knitting circle. Bring your current project, learn new stitches and patterns, or learn to knit from the cast-on! This program is open to teens and adults of all ages.
