Main Changes: The old Reference Page has been divided into new section called Ready Reference. The main ready reference categories can all be accessed from the main QuickRef page. Additional Ready Reference topics and resources can be accessed by selecting Ready Reference from the top Navigation Bar found on all pages. The Reference Topics page functions somewhat like an FAQ page.

New pages is this section include: Almanacs & Encyclopedias, Calculators & Converters, Calendars & Dates, Quotes & Poetry. I've removed some of the phone directories from the main QuickRef page and created an expanded Phone Number page. The Dictionaries and the Time / Sun & Moon Data page has been moved from their former home on the left hand column.

QuickRef Home Page:

• I exiled some of the phone / email directories to the newly created Phone Number page. Celebritiy information (never very reliable to begin with) can also be found on the Celeb. / Bio. Page.
• The top list of links has been replaced with Navigation Links -- such is the cost of expansion.
• The much loved Library Page has been moved from the top line to an alphabetically prescribe home on the left hand column.
• CBTL has been unabreviated and lives with the other Subject Guides.
• The link to the APL Kid's page is also listed under Subject Guides.
• Other links City, FOCOL, & WISCAT are all now convienetly located on the Appleton Public Library Home Page -- along with lots of other great information, I might add. Just use the handy navigation bar at the bottom of each page for other APL pages.
• Badgerlink sites are also either available from the main APL Home Page or from the new Wisconsin section of QuickRef.
• Added a Favorites Page. This is home for Not Otherwise Classified web sites that a worthy of a good home. Who's Favorites? This list will begin with suggestions from Appleton Public Library staff. After that, please send me your send me your suggestions (until the page fills up)
• Under the heading Reference Tools, I've added links to selection of often used sites.
