Teen Library Council
Who are the TLC?
The Teen Library Council (T.L.C.) is made up of teens in grades 7-12 from the Appleton area schools.
They volunteer their time at the library by helping maintain the teen area and other popular collections. They help with programs such as
the anime screenings. They are also interested in helping the library determine current teen trends and interests.
What do they do?
They advise the Library on teen interests and trends. They have named the teen area and web page and suggested cool prizes for the teen summer reading program. TLC members suggest ideas for teen programs and volunteer at the programs.
When do they meet?
T.L.C. meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6 pm.
